Post Office Passport Seva Kendra

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the passport office. The staff displayed unprofessional behavior, showing a lack of courtesy and willingness to assist. Despite arriving on time, I was made to wait unnecessarily due to poor coordination among the staff. Basic queries were met with dismissive responses, and there was no effort to resolve issues efficiently. The overall experience was frustrating and disheartening. A government service of this importance must prioritize professionalism, promptness, and courtesy. I hope the concerned authorities take immediate action to improve the quality of service provided.

Today I visited for verification. It's really Good person's all one women and two old man's verifying the documents. Really Good experience with this passport verification office and especially the women Mam is too good very supportive. Thank You All.

Exceptional service provided by the staff. They patiently guide you with the process and help if needed. They don't hesitate to check with their superiors if they come across a problem which they never faced till date. I'm happy with the service they provided and don't regret booking my passport renewal slot there.

Today I finished with my documents verification here and the staff inside were so kind and helpful especially that lady madam was really so good with helping nature. My verification process went so smoothly within 10 minutes.

On 6th july i went to dis office for document verification, Harish sir & siva shankar sir both are polite and good hearted people, what ever issue they will respond immediately.. They accept inter memo instead of ssc original memo, they just took my ssc memo xerox.. My father name was misspelled in my aadhar, for taht they ask me for gezzetted letter.. For me they waited for 1 hour, even there duty time was over... Very good center.. Thank you harish ji & siva shankar sir

Make sure that the copies you bring there are colour photocopies and names of your father, your name and address should be exact, even alphabets. Aadhar, running passbook, voter id is best. Better do online payment to avert extra money they ask for.
