The work done here is very slow. Only two members r doing the work here. People have to wait for a long time in queues. Sometimes they send people by saying them that work is not done there. They even take extra charges from the people. The way they treat to the people who r illiterates is not good. They have to explain them clearly as what to do.

I didn't experienced any bad but while I am waiting for my task to be done, I observed that they won't clearly explain the procedure or give a proper answer to the queries asked by others. There are lot of people who doesn't know much about the procedures or terminology and getting clarified is the minimum expectation, which is not happening properly here. Lot of people left the place because they didn't understood what has been told. And they charge for every single thing, such as, Aadhar form is also charged. Work is also so slow - I don't know whether they are doing it deliberately or they really work slow!

I have waited for half an hour observed that the staff behaving with people is very worst.... The people who comes there r not highly qualified,, they r frm small villages or local people need to give a good clarification upon their doubts if u dont have that much patience pls stop wrkng with gvnt links,,, then no one will cme to u,,, and of course charges r high asusual... Pls respect customers

The place is a little crowded... But the staff are friendly and fast. This place should have a board with all service costs written on it... I seriously doubt the charges are a bit higher than BM.

We have only easy way to connect and do governmemt services easily..But the way of going with this people is not good... Uneven charges and politics

Service centre response not good .rashly speaking with public.and mainly don't have patience to explain about procedure to the public.

Taking extra money Today I went to link my mobile no to adhar 2rupees taken for application and for update 50 rupees total 52 rupees.
