Have been requesting for a brodband service since 1week.. No proper response from the officials.. They gave me the phone number of the line man and asked me to call him and ask for a line check... It's been 5days..mthe line men stopped answering my calls and when I went to ask officials at the counter at the offices ... They were not taking the responsibility, they just said that they can't do anything.... This is really disappointing... Being a psu..Customer service at BSNL is not at all professional... And I have no idea what kind work they do in this office...because it doesn't seem like a telecom company at all..... If we had any other service providers in Uravakonda rather than BSNL, I bet you no one will opt for bsnl. because there service sucks ....
