Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK) Silchar

Great initiative by the UIDAI. If we book appointment from online then the process is very smooth & simple and services are fast too. Anybody visiting just go through a narrow lane ( right hand side) of Birendra Bhawan and can locate the Seva Kendra.

Little bit crowded.. manager is helpful...I talked with two employees they are helpful..only one employee behaviour is bad..he just don't want to talk...in one and half hour my work is done.

Staff's are good and well behaved except centre lead or manager whatever they call. Always shouting at resident, manager behaviour is not good

Hello, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience at the Aadhar center. While the manager was polite and helpful, I observed that all of the employees' behavior was not up to par specially the one who sits on Token counter. Improving customer service and maintaining professionalism among all staff members could greatly enhance the overall experience for visitors.

Responsive staff and prompt service. My aadhar card update took less than 5 mins
