The cost of update is very different as per government. I was overcharged for my updates in Aadhar. Also there are no any inspection from UIDAI about overcharging. Also they don't accept online payments .

They are asking for money (Rs 100) for even a small update in aadhar. Also for new Aadhar card they are charging Rs 100. Place is not so good and always crowded. Not enough place to seat during waiting time.
