If you are going there consult to Mr. Apporva Maurya (MPA) at the counter and nobody else, cause everybody else except him are briber (rishvtkhor) : they will tell you to get verify your documents from another third person at the back and he will demand bribe from you; if that happens just go to him (earlier mentioned) and he will do the work smoothly for you without any charges.

My experience is good. Office is so big here works immediately. Maintenance is average.

Very disappointing.... staffs always use to be on leave in Madhubani drcc also they never response on phone calls... process are very slow,they are not doing their work properly.government should take some action on these people
