AADHAAR SEVA KENDRA

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct and behavior that I witnessed during my visit to the Aadhar SEVA Kendra located at 2nd Floor, Sahi Lane Jha Complex, SP Verma Rd, Old Jakkanpur, Lodipur, Patna, Bihar. On my recent visit, I came to update my child's address and date of birth in the Aadhar records as required for their school admission. This matter is of utmost urgency, as the updated Aadhar details are crucial for the admission process. However, I was met with rude and unhelpful behavior from the officials at the center. They were not only dismissive but also seemed ill-equipped to understand the urgency of the situation, especially considering the importance of this update for my child's education. Furthermore, the security staff was equally unprofessional, using a harsh tone and inappropriate language, which made the entire experience even more distressing. Their conduct was far from what should be expected of individuals who are tasked with assisting and guiding visitors in a respectful and professional manner. It is disheartening to note that the staff at this center appears to be inadequately trained to handle urgent matters, especially those related to critical situations like school admissions, which directly affect a child's future. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic understanding of the significance of the services they are providing. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take immediate steps to ensure that the staff at this Aadhar SEVA Kendra is properly trained to handle important and urgent situations with the professionalism and empathy that all citizens deserve. The officials and security staff must be held to a higher standard of courtesy and respect, particularly in sensitive matters such as education. I trust that appropriate action will be taken to address this issue, and I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps that will be implemented to improve the situation. Aadhar enrolment Centre was good but the guard out side the gate talk very rudely to the peoples

Aadhaar seva Kendra(ASK) is situated at Sai tower, Dak Bunglow. I went there to update biometric details. MUST BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT BEFORE YOU VISIT. Step 1. Book your appointment online by self from official uidai website, upload documents and make payment online. For biometric update we will be charged Rs 100/-. For other update/correction you will be charged Rs 50/- . Step 2. Download appointment/update form in which appointment date and time is mentioned. Get it printed. Visit ASK at scheduled time and date. ( The appointment slip is valid for that appointment date only, must reschedule if you can't visit on that date.) Step 3. You will be allotted token no. from one of the counter, wait for your turn to come. It takes hardly 10 min. Get your work done. In case of biometric update you don't need to upload any document on time of appointment. In case you want to update name or DOB you must upload doc and carry the same to aadhaar centre. It is must recommended to book your appointment either by self or by cyber cafe. NEARBY CYBER CAFE CHARGES DOUBLE AND GIVES YOU APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY ( this is completely unacceptable ). So it is recommended to get it book by your local cafe before visiting the center or by self. Behaviour of staffs were good in my case, thought I noticed several staffs shouting on customers too.

I am wholly satisfied with the service, staff was talking very politely and guideded me patiently, it took me around 30mins to complete all process but 'aadhar Kendra sewa' is very crowded (many people was sitting there for nothing) but there are 23 or 24 counters that makes work process fast and you don't have to wait very much , it is impressive that govt. Workers are eager to do their job instead of doing nothing.

Behaviour of Contractual and security staff is extremely bad.They treated anyone as a slave . Not help properly.2 to 3 staff are of helping attitude. Most of the staff confusing and misguided in the name of so-called rules.If anyone rectify the same another time they raise another issue. They know only one thing to Harras customer til he forgo his problem. This should be corrected urgently and resolve the issue because there is a solution of any problem.

without appointment there is no entry in the adhar center even for small updation also. I don't understand how they work because online appointments are also not available at udai website as whole Feburary month marked as holiday for this center. Additionally, how an illiterate people will approach to this center.

The center is very efficient with supportive staff. Had a good experience. Its better if u book an appointment online cause then it will take no time and ur work will be done real quick. The location is also good and quite accessible as it is located in the main stream area.
