Aadhar Sewa Kendra

I don't think there is any reason to close this aadhar centre of any reason please do needful to arrange another nearby so that this valuable documents students suffered thanks u

I visited the kendra for updation of biometrics of my specially abled son. There was a young man who is on a power trip who started to rudely shut the gate on our face that it was not for customers. The Aadhar board is on a gate different from where they allow their valued customers to enter, which of course has no sign to indicate it as you can see in the picture There was no ac & fan was not switched on. No sensitivity for old, infirm and specially abled. No token system. The chair where one has to sit to get picture taken is broken with exposed nail. However, Ms Farha Naaz did her job properly & patiently so 2 stars for that. I enquired for the centre in charge who was not present. Special mention of that young man who has acquired typical babu attitude of bossing & obliging people by doing his duty for which he is paid his salary by the taxpayers.

Here the staff members behave like deaf, they don't even hear the customer's problem

Very fast service . Updation only require 100 Ruppes . If you want to update your address then a "address proof" will be required . Photo Biometric Phone Number is updated without any additional requirements. Do remember to carry your current adhar card , it is important to carry it . Staff had a very gentle and soft behaviour and was supporting .
