The Service is pathetic. There is no privilege to Appointments booked in advance. Every person is asked to line up to queue of 75 to 100 people joining the counter. There is no use of appointment booking and this Aadhar Seva Kendra in Purnea has the worst service ever in gov org.

You can see the rush, poor management
Extraordinary behaviour and their way of talking is just amazing. Sometimes they feel irritated and scold the customers but it's normal. They are very polite and the office is at well-known olace. So noone will find it difficult to reach there. Thanks .
