I have to correct my mobile number and email id, so i took online appointment on 11-03-2025 @ 01:50 Pm to 02:10 Pm. I reach there on time, but there is huge que there ,who do not take online appointment . I shown payment 50/- proof and they entered me inside. All process is done with in 10 minutes by 2 female executives. Everything is time saving. Satisfied with working staff. One suggestion, need a separate counter for Online appointments, as people in que misbehaving with online appointment holders. Jai Hind

They didn't even listen to you . Not even understanding the situation and cooperating. Worst people to ever exist. Always busy in there own stuff

The lady at reception window has strong unwelcoming gaze especially for those uneducated people or outsiders (statewise)...she talked to them harshly...i mean instead of guiding them she either rudely rejects the application or roughly marks mistake in their forms & always try to push to reschedule your appointment or work...diappointed by their unprofessional behaviour...same trait is shown by one of the male staff in there at token counter.He barely help or guide.Not a good option for elders or uneducated ones..they really don't want to help..even point out merely noticeable things which will otherwise work elsewhere like at other seva kendra. It might be good option for few but certainly not for many. Concerned higher officials should check the behaviour of service providers...pathetic

Excellent Service,this is for the first time that I have seen any Government office working smoothly and every thing is very well managed,I would like to appreciate the staff including security guard,their patience level is also excellent,dealing with each and everyone in a great manner which is not easy for staff.Hats off! Keep it up!

Getting appointment is easy, perfect google location. At 10.30 AM it was almost empty, no crowd. Work done in 10 minutes. Good staff. Lot of parking available in front of the office.

This place is situated in the centre of the city , so that it's convenient for everyone to reach here. Make sure you visit her after booking your appointment online on the website of UIDAI. Staff here is very corporative and all COVID precautions are taken with care . Best place to visit here is in mornings as there's no crowd .

Wonderful experience. Booked the appointment online. All the representatives were kind and efficient. They follow the rules as they should and don't ask for unnecessary things. Will definitely visit again for any problems. There's a timer for each representative and they complete providing assistance promptly. Appointment booking assistance is also provided if necessary. Update status shared directly on phone. Overall excellent. Much better than the RPO office nearby.
