E-Sampark Center

The lady who update aadhar card is very rude. Today i went to the center to update aadhar. She talked rudely and said we can't update your aadhar as you just added your surname with not same ball pen. Really!! Both are ball pen and the pen was also same. Still she said again fill the form and signed again by govt official. After Then I went to phase -1 aadhar center. there person was nice and aacepted the same form and my aadhar updated

Lack of staff, too much delayed service delivery, no proper ventilation, no air conditioning working and too much humid inside

The staff at the centre are very rude. They don't know how to talk to a customer. Mainly the staff attending the stamp section

Horrific experience, their machines don't work at any time ,unch breaks taken for two hours . Poor service

Never picks up call , a complaint should be made against them

Worker's are too busy they don't have time to provide some information about addhar related. Very bad....

On saturday's samparak center should be open but when I visited in working hours...it was closed! With Rude And arrogant staff.

Very poor service . Bribe is taken from the customers in front of me. Customer was in very urgent condition and seems to want to leave early. So he bribe the madam and submitted the form. I can hear all the words that customer was taking to madam about the bribe. Such corruption
