I recently visited the UIDAI office in Chandigarh, and my experience was incredibly frustrating. I arrived and ended up waiting for 2.5 hours, with no one providing any direction on which counter I should go to. It was confusing, and I felt completely lost. When my name was finally called, I immediately asked for guidance on which counter I should go to. Unfortunately, my query was not taken seriously, and the staff seemed dismissive. To make matters worse, the lady at the counter got visibly upset when I asked her for clarification multiple times. It was an overall unpleasant experience, and the lack of professionalism was disappointing. I hope the staff can improve their customer service and communication in the future.

Regional centre for Aadhar Card Registration, Correction for Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab Staff is very positive and helpful.

This is the fastest team work you can see compared all other centres. The staff is speedy, understands your concerns and gives apt and fast solutions. I would recommend to go this centre for any update on Adhar service.

Worst place to be! Today was the sixth time going there in the last few months. They are still clueless about what's happening. Always adding next timeline for things to get fixed. I'm tired! I dont even have the energy to fight with them. Worst experience.

Thank you chandigarh RO for processing our son's adhaar name change update. We had cross the limits for correction in name and eventually had to submit a gazette notification. We are from gurgaon.. the lady staff who was in charge of Haryana guided as through out and kept out hopes alive.. after 35 days got my son's adhaar updated..the wait was too long as we were in urgent need of updated adhaar..but eventually all went good and we are happy

Zero service it's been almost 1 year my daughter Aadhar shows duplicates but there are actually nothing available .they can't proceed for solution infact they mail there seniors and the mail got no reply from 30 march 2024

Hi, I've query. My sure name is not mentioned in Aadhar or any other documents but now I want to update my sure name in Aadhar. Could you please confirm what are the required documents for that. I lived in gurugao I try to apply the corrections here but twice it got rejected. So please confirm the right procedure for that so I can came gurugao to chandigarh. Please share all alternative what we have for sure name update. Waiting for the response
