The staff here works very fast. If you have a prior appointment then it may take 20 to 30 minutes to update your biometric & photo. There is also MCD parking facility in front of it where you can park your vehicle. This center is right below the Akshardham metro station.

I recently visited this center and was disappointed with the overall experience. Despite booking an appointment online, I had to stand in a long queue just to collect a token. This defeats the purpose of an online appointment system, which should streamline the process rather than add unnecessary delays. Additionally, on the day of my visit, the server was down, and the transition to a manual token system was handled inefficiently, further slowing down the process. Once inside, I observed an employee assisting a known individual with Aadhaar updates without an appointment or token. Initially, I assumed it would take a few minutes, but after more than 30 minutes, I raised the issue. Instead of addressing my concern, the employee responded defensively, justifying the preferential treatment. Such conduct undermines the fairness and efficiency of the system. I escalated the matter to the supervisor, but unfortunately, she appeared unsure of how to handle the situation. To improve customer experience, I strongly recommend: A more efficient token system that aligns with the online appointment process. A well-prepared contingency plan for server downtimes. Fair and transparent service without preferential treatment. Proper training for staff and supervisors to handle concerns effectively. I hope the management takes these points into consideration for better service deliveries.

I visited with my help after taking appointment for 12.10 & went to Akshardham aadhar centre. There was a v long queue but because of appointment they let us in immediately. The staff there is v polite & helpful. Especially in counter 12. The lady was extremely polite & helpful. We were out within an hour. Our work was done v fast. Hats off. I visited here with my parents on 27th March 2025, the staff is supportive specially madam who sits at the entrance of the center is a good person she filled my mother's HOF form very fast, she was very polite and was very helping nature, knows how to deal with visitors and with senior citizens gently. My aadhar updated within 10 days. I am impressed with the staff. Hoping they will continue to provide good service in future also. Thank you all.

Very decent centre. Tips to reach: come out from metro gate no 2 then take a lift and come to the ground floor. Overall the centre is very decent and reachable. They are around 25 counters, that's why it takes very less time to work done.

My experience here was very good. Please note it is strongly recommended to book an appointment beforehand as an on-the-spot appointment would mean getting a little later slot. You must get a print out of your appointment letter if possible. The staff provides a token number to all those who have an appointment and you are made to sit. Later numbers are called and you are assigned a desk. Overall the process takes about 45 mins.

You can get your aadhar updation here, it takes an hour to get your work done. You need to book an appointment before visiting the center. They won't entertain you if you are not having an appointment. Appointments can be booked online . If you haven't booked it, you can also book from there by scanning QR pasted there. There needs to be someone for proper guidance. Although they have multiple counters it doesn't take much time. The service here is quick and professional.
