Staff has no respect towards the customer , they speak like its there property don't even provide with full information! Feels like private courier services are better than this Indian post!

deserves a 2.5 star only the hygiene is very poor lighting and no cleaning at all. staff behavior was good

Staff doesn't have manners. When asked about the parcel delivery date, he said "mein parcel ke saath todi jaara kya" India post should be privatised and these unprofessional staff will be left unemployed because no other organization accepts such cheap behavior with clients/customer.

Postman Suresh who appointed at Anand parvat not deliver my courier till today where as approximately one month has been passed. In this connection I also visited him at post office Karol Baghon dated 3 August. He died his number by my phone and he assured me he will deliver my courier at 1:00 p.m. on this day but my courier not deliver to me till today and his not picking up my call I am trying many times please do needful action in this otherwise I will have to take other legal action

Horrific service especially the old lady handling the speedpost section. At this age of retirement, she forgets all the general etiquettes of dealing with the customer. Not at all cooperative in telling what to do about doing a things prior and tell later on do this that.. Seriously I got really mad been here. Govt should penalise such workers for bad conducts.

Don't ever go to this post office specially for Parcel and other posts.. Here all old aged people are sitting with busy playing on their mobile.. In last two days I have visited this post office twice.. On 1st day I experienced an utterly slowest speed of some aunties working dressed in suit and salwar.. The rate of posting was 3 persons per hour as I stood there for one hour for a speed post and got shift in line from 14th position to 11th position after one hour.. And had to come back.. Today I visited again.. That same Madam played a new trick today.. Was busy very much on her mobile chatting with someone.. I had to ask three times to verify that whether postal system is working or not.. She smiled and said no the server of indian postal system is down.. But her face said everything.. She was lying.. So I immediately called the post office of Jhandewalan Metro Station.. They immediately confirmed that Indian Postal online service working fine from morning onward.. No server down.. I think this is enough to see who is corrupted.. Go for Jhandewalan Indin Post office..

the most inefficient post office in delhi starting from the post master Paliwal the asst post master daya ram and a large majority of staff are arrogant/insulting and always ready to give excuses for inefficiency//these employees shud be terminated immediately//especially pm and apo//dir gen post offices advised about state of affairs but no action taken//maybe in connaivance//no respect or regard for senior citizens getting no services for hours
