I am extremely disappointed with the inefficiency of the Najafgarh Sub Divisional Magistrate Office. It has been over two months since I submitted my marriage certificate application, yet there has been no progress and no response to my emails. It feels like they do not care about public issues or the time and effort of citizens. Government services should be more accountable and responsive, but unfortunately, this office completely ignores follow-ups. If you are applying for any official documents here, be prepared for delays, lack of communication, and zero urgency from their side. Highly unprofessional!

The SDM office looks sophisticated and professional. All of the staff here, is of young generation and so you would have no problem conversing with them un either english or hindi. There is a different building and corridor according to your needs for example, Separate corridor for Aadhar updation, Voter card and Caste certificate. For elderly persons, who are illiterate or have problem filling any form, they need not worry for here is a team of youngsters that will fill your form and help with any enquiry. I am very satisfied with my visit there, my aadhar biometric update was done in under 2 minutes. The face of government offices has changed for the better

Greenery and Seating is the Only thing which is above average otherwise Everything is Worst, SDM Officer do not Sit for General Public Even after Notice outside his office shows that he'll be available between 10 to 11am everyday. Every Certificate you want will atleast take 1 week to be SUBMITTED... its Horrible!!! No Water facility for General Public.

Server is down most of the time , only open for few hours and closed on Saturday and Wednesday

Very Bad Experince , appling for SC Certificate of my SON , i hv SC Certificate issued in 2004 from SDM Rampura Delhi and as i understand my Certificate is Manual and its required Physical certfication from SDM Rampura but they don't want to do that and always reject my application with this remarks as under:- "Satisfactory document not provided by the citizen" and Wrong information provided in the application form. they never mention the sepecific reason which satisfactory docs they required and which Wrong informtion i have provided Delhi Govt Need to Look into these type of issues

Very pathetic services here. All the staff are just want to rule over public & calling them unnecessary without completing their duties. I wish their must be another setup too in south west district to get some government work done. Mr. SDM sir & Mr. Tehsildar Sir always not available to talk. I don't know where to contact, complain & get help. Very Disappointed. Thanks Citizen of India under South west District

long lines specifically in the month of April and may for income certificate specially you have to arrive before 11 am and wait till 2 pm only for verification....which hardly takes 2 minutes , you also have to struggle for aadhar as usual. For aadhar you have to come around 6 am and wait till 9 am for token . Toilets conditions are pathetic ....saaf saaf bolun toh ( ghar se karke aana). thanks to God ki atleast Totti se paani aa raha tha!
