UIDAI ASK - Aadhar Seva Kendra

I'm really happy with my experience at the Inderlok Aadhaar Seva Kendra! My appointment went so smoothly- everything was well-organized, from token distribution to document verification. The staff was really very friendly and helpful, guiding me through each step politely. Digita screening of your taoken number - After reaching the appointment centre they give you a token number and you will get to see on the digital screen of your token number just wait for your turn. It will display on the screen .. There were more than 5-6 display screens Do not confuse each set of displays with the same data just see at your nearest screen . Service Speed - Online appointment took 10-50 minutes (depending on token timing). - Offline might take longer, so book online to save time! Facilities - Modern infrastructure with digital screens displaying updates. - Biometric process was quick and hassle-free. - Cleanliness could improve a bit (3.5/5), but seating was comfortable. How to reach?: Nearest metro station is Inderlok Metro station (exit from Gate no 2). Walk 100 metres left - you will find the inderlok aadhar seva kendra. Overall : A stress-free experience with efficient service. Just needs better cleanliness maintenance. 4/5 for service, and I'd recommend it to others! Very poor management. Those who booked their appointment as per the slot online, here nobody is following it. People came with their children, old age people, ladies all are waiting for their turn more tha 2 hrs. What is the use of paying the services online if nobody getting any facilities. Government and Authorities should involve in this matter and rectify the whole System. #DelhiGovernment #UIDAI Authorities

If you have an appointment, congrats! You'll be in and out with smooth service. The staff knows their work, and things move fairly smoothly----probably one of the best setups. But if you're a walk-in? Good luck. The queue is insanely long, easily 100+ people, and the whole place feels like a never-ending survival game. Now, let's be real--discrimination happens here. If you're illiterate or from a rural background, expect to be treated differently. But... let's also be honest, the walk-in crowd often makes things worse. People litter everywhere, spit around, and treat the washroom like a disaster zone. So yes, while discrimination is wrong, some of it comes from the fact that a few make the place an absolute mess. Sadly, because of a few, many innocent people also get treated unfairly. Want a better option for walk-ins? Try ASK Dhaula Kuan--it's nearly empty because, let's be real, most people can't afford the cab fare/ metro fare to get there. It's a mini-elite (VIP) zone where everything runs smoothly simply because hardly anyone is there. Moral of the story: Book an appointment or be ready for battle.

--- My worst Aadhaar experience was an absolute nightmare. I stood in a long, sweaty queue for hours, only to be told the server was down when it was finally my turn. The staff was indifferent and barely responded to queries, and there was no clear communication about when the system would be back online. I had taken a day off from work just for this, and it ended up being a complete waste. On top of that, when I returned the next day, I was told my documents were "not clear" even though they were perfectly legible. The whole process felt chaotic, disorganized, and extremely frustrating.

One of the worse centre, slow working like sarkari babu nor they have mindset to deliver service to customers on time, no cooling or ventilation, no professionalism top to bottom, avoid to choose this or take other centre for updation or if you are looking for job or believe In values over money so should not choose it. As there you will not get anything satisfying. UIDAI should look into it.

third class service, no management for online or offline. whole space Is just stuffed with a bunch of people's shouting and there's no benefit of getting appointments online here because both are treated same ! Takes too long to reach the desk. Lack of staff and absence of management!

I recently visited this aadhar centre for my father's aadhar card update. Unfortunately, my experience was very bad as the service is very slow and they did a careless mistake.The waiting time was excessively long, and the staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. However, my main concern was the error made by the representative who assisted me. Despite checking ten times they still managed to introduce a typo(not a typo as letter 'a' and 'o' are quite far away to be considered a typo) in address of my father's aadhar card. Please be cautious and confirm every detail yourself till the very end of your application as you can't believe the dumb associates siting there unless you want to go through this hectic process again.

The General Manager of this center is are very corrupt person. If you take any problem to him, he directly says that this is how the work wil be done for free, Give me a thousand rupees and I will get your work done in 2 minutes, otherwise keep correcting your mistakes continue. I have also done a complaint against him in grievance of adhar and copy to ministry of electronic and information technology, Govt of india
