UIDAI Office

If the working hours is from 9:30am to 6 pm, Why are the tokens distributed at 6 am in the morning and also i visited the centre at 9 30 today and was not entertained as all the tokens(around 220)were distributed before 8 am. This is not the way dealing with public. Totally disappointed by the way,things are running at this place. And even the security guard misbehaved and rudely said to come early 4-5 am as people come and makes a queue.

I went to the regional office today, and there was no supervisor or anyone available to help. No one was even willing to speak properly. Although everything is supposed to be done online, the security guard told me that I would need to arrive at 6:30 AM just to get a token. Without a token, no one would even entertain my request. This is the worst system I have ever seen. The offline process was actually better--at least back then, things could get done, even if it meant paying a bribe. People had come from faraway places, yet, in my estimation, nearly 80% of them were unable to get their issues resolved.

Worst service They make it Regional Office which deals Aadhar services of 4 state after that they have only one person/official for listing our problem. How they can assuming that only one person deals 220(no of tokens issued by them in single day) Further they thought only 220 person have Aadhar related issue from 4 states.

Today was the worst day for me and my parents all credits goes to uidai office. Around 10 am today we went to uidai office to update my mother's number and they give a token of no 194 which according to the guard the number of our will come around 3 pm . That was the first thing that made us shock but then also we stayed then until 3 pm because we have to update my mom's mobile number . When we enter the office the person who was doing all this linking date of birth, correct of name or update of number told us to apply for the update procedure . But I told him that we have already done that he said do it again . When we said him to do it now they said that we are not updating there anything as we don't have the machine for that . I want to ask UIDAI OFFICE written in big letter they are Soo many people there for updating there details and you simply said you don't have machine for the update . I mismanagement in that office . The guard aunty who was giving the token when ask you didn't told us here update is not happening here only enquiry is happening Very very disappointed . I am a disabled girl who waited 5 to 6 hours Still we get a respond that here update of anything is not happening here . They should have put some write up that update of anything is not happening then we should have not wasted a time there .

Agar apna aadhar ki limit cross hai To do documents lekar jaye 1. Birth certificate 2. SDM order (if your birth difference more than 1 year) 3. Self declaration form (you can download from internet also)

I went at 6 am still there was long line .what time should I come being a girl not able to come at 3 am alone what about the sefty. If they have that much of work load they should start online or one more resional office some people come from far away still there work is not done worst service so disappointing

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. they call everybody at 6 am for token. one needs to get up at 4 am to get ready and drive all the way to reach at 6 am. token vending nstarted at 6:30. then wait on the roads till 9:30 am. token should be available online.

If u are facing any problem regarding your adhaar card you have to reach location on 6 am to collect token first
