Staff was busy with gossips, slow work, while depositing 1 hour people' can wait by stending, postman also not available on there time they are busy in own work, they don't want to work quickly. People also want get reach on their work for perticular time, after that if we miss 1 day the. They start putting penality, useless staff ,

Very poor service, only one counter for multipurpose with very long queue, others staff busy with chatting and gossip. Post master don't know her duty how to handle the customer. Simply sitting in her cabin and enjoying people suffering since long time. Very bad management

Long que......the staff doesn't care about their customers...very poor service..... please improve ......I've been standing here for almost an hour.... And the staff is just ringing the bless while the staff inside is bindass enjoying......so fed up with such services ....

Worst services. The duty of postman is to deliver parcel at Home, and not to call people at their office. These government employees get their salary from our paid taxes, but don't offer proper services. I don't even feel like to give 1 star.

This place is full of crowd anytime of the day. They have token system to manage the crowd but the reason to work slow with the cases is the server they say. Even they block the token number to customer. I just observed that one of the staff there came and borrowed lot of tokens from the token dispenser (just to keep the numbers block and to avoid the new customers as when customer will see the huge number of waiting they get going back. This is their trick to avoid customers , people come from long away specially senior citizens. Also this place doesn't have all the counters operational. Specially they don't have any inquiry counter, if any one has to inquire anything , you have to get token and go for it. Tokens are big game here.

One of the worst services. They work so slow .. from morning 8.00am till 2.00pm, they have processed only 110 tokens!!! That too between 3 or 4 counters... that's make less then 5 people per counter per hour... No way these people will improve. Only thing they are interested is to waste time and go back hime on time. No work but full pay.

Longest waiting time.... waiting to do the deposits here is a nightmare... standing in Q for 2.5 hrs ... seniors & others have same window... only one person working. .. slow as sloth. .. really frustrating. ..

Staff is careless... Not at all bothered about customers... don't even have courtesy to inform the customer about their closing time after waiting for a long time in que... staff should be replaced
