Come with patience and an open mind and you will find the staff patient and helpful as well. They will guide you with your queries and won't shrug you off. If you have an appointment then be ready to 'wait' as there is a long line of people waiting to get a similar job done as yours. It's not like mentioned in some reviews that they are lazy and delay the jobs, that's how much the rush is. Accept it and wait for your turn. Peace.

Very systametic and efficient system. First come first serve bases. During week days in the morning is the best time, hardly anybody. You go there and inform them about what you want to update and they give you a form, which you need to fill and return after which a number is alloted and you are taken in when it is your turn.

The place is easily approachable, ample of parking space. Would have given 5 star however giving 3 because of two rude ladies staff who did not speak politely (not only with me but with others as well) and did not provide all the necessary information if anyone is politely inquiring. All the equipments are well placed and maintained.

Pathetic condition of Aadhaar Card office in Porvorim. All the stairs leading to the office on 2nd Floor are wet and water dripping from the ceiling. The path way on the 2nd floor is not swept and has water puddle and stink all over. Anyone can slip n fall specially the senior citizens. They have to climb 2 floors and on top of it the danger of slipping on the stairs. The stagnant rain water on the floor and around could lead to infestation of mosquitoes. Kindly shift this office from the current pathetic place to elsewhere.

I went there yesterday to get my adhaar linked to my mobile number and the process went really smooth there was no hassle no problem the staff were good theres seating arrangements, and within less than an hour we were done with all biometric scans everything and within 12hrs of doing the process i got my Eadhaar message which i could than view in the aadhaar app I was really sceptical bout the previous reviews of this place but it was actually really good, if you're going there or anywhere be patient and you're work will be done FYI: they also take appointment based bookings

I'm highly satisfied with their service. Staff was really helpful and nice. My work was done immediately within 1 hour.
