Aadhaar Seva Kendra

We went to this place post a letter from pmo that they have pushed the software to process NRI aadhar cards. We took the forms for address proof signed by the supritendent. The operations manager jayesh sharma was on leave but refused to take the application while speaking on the phone with his assistant. The assistant Krishna Rajpit tells us that you are not an NRI and that you have to mark the resident box. So he won't process it and we need to come back Secondly they say the supritendent needs to write in block letters and they refused to process our application. Doesn't the supritendent know what case to write in? They stated that we needed to get another form. And had to go back to our own city and do it all over again. This is absolutely ridiculous. All the information was right there and the assistant was rude and didn't process. I will make sure this is reported to the pmo- when I asked to see the instruction manual, he said there is none. This shows how bad the govt in India is and just finds way to show their arrogance and ego to the common people without any valid reason which is shameful.

Very happy with the service provided. We found staff to be flexible and knowledgable enough to accept the forms. We got our two OCI applications approved in less than an hour. Would certainly recommend for NRI/OCI holders.

The behaviour of the people working on this place very worst very bad and very rood the people is there work is no word of theme very bad and pathetic...The people there answer the customers by their clothes, their behavior is very bad and they consider themselves very big, no respect. What kind of staff has been hired to talk to anyone, this should be investigated and the government should train these people who are hired in such places on how to respect anyone. No respact no any manners just valgarity

I was able to submit my application at this center for new enrollment but a few weeks later I went online multiple times to check the status of my Aadhar card and every single time it showed me a following error on the myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in website. I called the phone number at this location multiple times but every single time it says "the phone is busy, please try again later." "We are experiencing a delay in processing your request.As and when the issue is resolved and the request is processed, we will communicate the progress. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted." They are not showing any progress, and not letting us know how long it is going to take for the Aadhaar card to arrive in the mail. This is frustrating.

I have had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff are very well spoken and professional. The manager and security guys are also very friendly and welcoming. Thanks a lot!

Worst experience at this Aadhaar center. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They were not willing to provide proper guidance, and the service was extremely slow. The behavior of the employees was unprofessional, making the whole process frustrating. I do not recommend this center to anyone. UIDAI should take action to improve customer service!

Worst Experience. Centre Manager, Operation Manager and Staff are unprofessional and rude. Probably they have lack of information or they weren't giving correct information to the customer. When I first time visited that centre, the operation manager said, you should have the same name I'd proof with photographs so I agreed and visited again with the same name I'd proof with photographs then he said your name is not in sequence and he refuse to update. Not recommended this place. UIDAI need to take necessary action.

Excellent service for NRI Adhhar, we were in and out in less than an hour given multiple system restart. The center manager is a great guy helped us tremendously. Counter #10 person was so effective and enthusiastic and efficient . Highly recommend to NRIs.
