I came here at 1.45 pm , they told me that it's a break time from 2 pm. I waited till 2.35 pm but still they didn't call. Just need some updates. Ideally they should have taken me at 1.45 pm as no one was in queue , but i waited but it seems break time.officially should be announced 1 hr so we don't waste time unnecessarily in this hot weather.

Third class staff Rude behaviour of staff Dont come here , third class service of government, we are paying tax every year for such services

This center should not be visited because the service is terrible and government servants act like they own the government. The government needs to take strict action against this kind of staff I'll update the staff images

Worst staff ever seen .... Slower than slowest in completing job and most rude behavior with ladies and totally unexpected experience

Tocken system..for Tocken need to wait in queue in early morning. Once you get it ,again need to be in queue for actual process. Total waste of time.

The uncle with the window does not give the same answer, request the government to take good staff Very incompetent staff, and harasses people and forces them to come again and again with new documents... This is not just a review but a complaint

They are still living in old world. First you need to get token in early morning. Then you have to go there again and wait in long line. Waste of whole day for 15 minutes government work. Very very bad place. They are not co operating. They don't guide you and without token they will not assist you even if they are free.

Very incompetant staff, the person at the window gives incomplete information and toutures people and forces them to come again and again with new docs... This is not just a review but a complaint and the helpline number displayed is not answering the call... All fake
