Lethargic and inefficient. The worst experience during aadhar card process in 2019..The person who was entering the data for aadhar was very lethargic. He refused to take the photograph of a 2 years old child saying that it is not possible and said no to us after two attempts which he did not try properly. These type of lethargic government employees are the reasons due to which the government services becomes a headache for a common person.
