Worst Experience Ever - Unprofessional Staff, No Guidelines, and Endless Frustration Rating: (0 stars if possible) The experience at Gota Civic Center, Ahmedabad, was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff responsible for verifying Aadhar, birth, and death certificates are completely unprofessional, untrained, and downright disrespectful. These individuals, hired by a third-party service provider, lack even the most basic understanding of customer service. They treat people, especially women and senior citizens, with utter disrespect. One particular staff member seemed to think he was above the law, acting as if he was doing us a favor by just being there. His arrogance and rudeness were shocking, and it was clear he had no intention of helping anyone. He went out of his way to make the process more difficult, turning what should have been a simple task into an exhausting ordeal. There is no proper guideline for anything, and it seems like the rules change daily. Every time we visit, a different person is handling the matter, and the requirements seem to shift constantly. For one simple matter, we had to visit the center six times! This is not the India we dream of--where citizens are treated with respect and efficiency. Instead, it's a place where frustration and disrespect are the norms. The wait times are unbearable, with no clear system in place, and the complete disregard for people's time and dignity is appalling. It's as if the staff is intentionally trying to frustrate and humiliate the public. The entire setup is chaotic, and there's absolutely no accountability. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any government facility. The higher authorities need to step in immediately and address this disgraceful situation. People do not come here for fun; they come because they have important documents that need processing. To be treated with such disdain is insulting and degrading. This center needs a complete overhaul, starting with the removal of incompetent and disrespectful staff. Avoid this place if you can, or prepare yourself for a deeply frustrating and infuriating experience.

The birth and death department superb and instant work very well.

Went for a birth certificate. The registrar seems to be new to the concept of names with first, middle and last names. They require a notarized affidavit from father and mother stating the desired name and in finalizing this, they made me waste three days. God knows who comes up with these rules.
