They share token at 9am, people coming later have no choice but to go back home and come in later date. People coming with special receipts(received by inside offices) getting priority...they are not even standing in queue. Yeah just like Indian govt. I don't know when we will start using our head and behave humanly

We went for the aadhar card of my infant son. Naveen was so helpful and got it done for us promptly. He told us the documents needed and checked them quickly to ensure we had everything.There are benches for people to sit and sheds above them. Thank you Naveen.

This office is on the eastern side of the main Gurugram court. It is nicely built and has a green lawn and flag hosting pole in the centre of lawns Visited on the left size of which has five rooms on ground floor and has office of five nos of the civil judges of junior division The court rooms are small and remain crowded The rooms have previous case files lying at any available space The advantage is rooms are east facing and one can wait outside during winter in morning Sun There was no wheel chair noticed nor available in parking which seems to privately managed without any guidelines or control

On Saturday, no new aadhar card made. Only corrections are done. New aadhar Monday to Friday only.

Very Bad Aadhar Center, New Aadhar main officer not have manners to talk, they do not reply properly for our enquiry.

My experience was awful and extremely pathetic. I visited the Mini Secretariat to update my son's Aadhaar card biometrics. After waiting 4 hours, I left without success due to interference from some policemen. Although 45 tokens were issued, allowing holders to be served in turn, policemen repeatedly brought in acquaintances, bypassing the queue using their power. The Aadhaar officer was helpless, leaving us waiting indefinitely. Among us were women with babies, the elderly, and disabled individuals. Why is the right to equality being ignored in Gurgaon, especially when citizens rely heavily on government officials? This experience raises many concerns about fairness and dependency on authority.

I have taken online appointment for adhar updation in date of birth.my slot was 12-12.15, when I reached there vikas sadan first floor I was told that they can't accept online appointment. And asked me to come in morning around 9am and take token. They work as per token system ..really amazing to see this govt has given us portal for online appointment and such people making and creating hurdles only.

Went for Aadhaar Card updation, token distribution timings are from 9:30 to 11:00. There was no employee/ official to distribute the tokens. The experience was quite frustrating. They should work on it for the smooth process. We people ain't too free to regularly visit the site for the same thing. Please do look into it!
