Aadhaar Enrolment center (Center for e-Governance)

The staff should have some sense to justify the salary you take. At least work a little for the tax payers money you take. Despite so many negative reviews, the concerned officials are blind to take any action.

Hi, google map location shown is same only but we want search correct location. Shanthinagar bus stop building only it is located. Direction is clear in that bus stand there is a lift (near to A2B hotel ) 2nd floor only . And service is very good and clear . Way of speaking is also good. I am Tamilnadu.i am learning kannada with that I approach them speaking in tamil kannada and English they guide me clearly. And my work done for name correction. Thank you

My experience has been superb as in 5 min my work was done. People there are helpful and will guide you if you need any help specially the security .

I recently visited the Aadhaar center and had an extremely disappointing experience. The centre open at 2 o'clock The service was not up to the mark, and I encountered several issues that made the process unnecessarily frustrating. Firstly, the staff were unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills. They seemed uninterested in assisting people and often responded rudely to simple questions. The wait times were excessively long, even though the center was not particularly busy. It was evident that the process could have been much more efficient with better organization.Overall, the experience at the Aadhaar center was far from satisfactory. Improvements in staff training, infrastructure, and organizational procedures are urgently needed to provide a better service to the public.

No body is there to update here. They say its available since 2pm to 5pm and i see none here to assist and I'm here at 3:44pm on a friday

Very bad experience they don't help you after 1pm the security say the time is over and it's showing its open till 5pm even they didn't allow me to go inside the office.

For my son's address change they're asking again for the original birth certificate to update the change of current address. But it's not mentioned in the adhaar document list. It's mentioned parents address proof considered as an address proof.

My number was updated in 5 mins. Everything was good. Employees were professional and kind. If anyone wants to update/add mobile I highly recommend this place.
