Bangalore one & Aadhar Update Centre

For new Aadhar enrollment and updating of Aadhar details such as address, mobile number, etc., you can visit this place. Everyday they issue tokens to 80 people, morning 9am and afternoon 3pm. Two times, the token will be issued. Once the token number is obtained, you can wait for your turn. I had a good experience with the people working over there. Take all relevant documents to make the process faster. We went here on Saturday at 8:30 a.m.; not many people were there, so the process was done faster. They will charge 100 rupees for either its new enrollment or an update to the Aadhar card. This center is located 2 roads behind the ICICI BANK.

Unbelievably Inefficient and Unhelpful (Aadhar office staff) If you're looking for efficiency, don't bother coming here. The staff seem uninterested in their jobs, moving at a snail's pace while long lines pile up. No sense of urgency, no clear instructions, and a complete lack of customer service. I had to go back and forth multiple times because they either failed to provide the right information or simply didn't care enough to check details properly the first time. It's as if they forget they're dealing with people who have jobs, responsibilities, and other things to do. Instead, you're forced to waste an entire day on something that should take minutes. The worst part? The attitude--zero accountability and no effort to make the process smoother.

Hi... this not done the way your Bangalore one employees are treating a person very very badly and the way of talking no respect nor sense of how to talk to the person. Everyday they make us to roam Bangalore and no use for them itself what documents is required to update Aadhar card. First of all every head of Bangalore keep a meetings and tell them what documents is required to every process or else all persons of India will give the complains like this. Why they are working there in Bangalore one just doing time pass there at office because no one there to take an action so they are doing like this.

We reached pretty early in the morning on Saturday to have our kid's Aadhar updated. There was hardly any crowd. It was done in 10 mins. Maybe because there was not any crowd. But the operator speaks only in Kannada.

The lady who does the actual Aadhar enrolment (can speak Hindi, English n Kannada) is really nice....she gives all the information asked to her....but the other two ladies on the other desk are pathetic....No professionalism, no efficiency...I hope they improve with time...

If you are applying for a new aadhar card, please go to the post office in jalahalli. this office has some issues regarding new application.
