BANGALORE ONE CENTER NEAR RTO

This is one of the 60+ BangaloreOne service Centers offering various services to citizens. They take up any governmental work wrt ration card, Aadhar card, water, electricity board, transport, property tax related works also. This center is ok, staffs can listen properly to the people before suggesting solutions. Not much crowded. Parking on the roadside. Very near to Electronic City RTO office.

Specious, with good parking space, location is accurate. Staff communicates well, went for Aadhaar Biometric update (which is coming as mandatory now a days as my "pilot program by Infy" Aadhaar is more than 12 years old), no hassles faced, done in 15 minutes (very less crowd so did not have too take any token either). Recommended.

Had been there for Kids Aadhaar Enrolment. Like many other Aadhaar centres, we need to be there early to first collect coupons. At this centre, coupons are distributed at 8 a.m.. Around 20 coupons are given daily. This centre has adequate seating facility inside the centre For Aadhaar Encrolment of kids (my kid is 11 years of age), Original Birth Certificate of the child + Original Aadhaar of one of the parent is required (Aadhaar Number of the other parent is required as well). A form (which will be given during coupon/token distribution) needs to be filled and submitted when our turn comes. Kids finger print and retina scans are taken. One parents thumb print is taken. The lady who distributes the coupon/token, gives an approximate time at which we need to be there at the centre. It is recommended to stand in queue for token/coupon, at least an hour before the coupon distribution time

Went to the center today to get the adhaar card address change done for my parents. Was informed only 1 parent address change can be done. This seems totally rediculous and looks like folks on the ground are not trained to handle adhaar processes .

Very bad experience always telling printer issues

Had been here for Aadhar biometric update. It was done very quickly. The Aadhar counter is open from 9 AM to 3:30 PM.

Very helpful staff. But this place is always busy
