- service is okay - they say their office is off on Monday but it is on Sunday... It depends on the availability of data operator - List of documents is not complete - They only issue 30 tokens a day that too for next day

Very bad service before the timing they are closing n not able get any work done. Every bad place

The people over here are just sitting and casually asking to go to wilson garden bangalore one,then why is there an option to choose shantinagar. Even after taking an appointment they are doing this. Worst experience.

closing time mentioned is 7 they refuse to collect by 6.03pm very bad place

Worst of the worst service! They have 10 systems but only 2 staffs, Not and such big queue And they work like Snails Looks good but tooo slow At the end of the day ITS GOVERNMENT U can't expect things to be done

Really the staff and their service towards treating customers was good. I felt comfortable and with no much waiting issues. Their team work really great.quick and prompt service. No adhar card work in Bangalore one shanti nagar branch....the lady on a front desk of main door busy playing on mobile n did not bother to answer my questions related to adhar card n where I have to go to make it And directed me to go n enquire by security old man who was sitting on a chair inside d office instead of standing near d door..unhelpful staff.

The staff here are very polite and courteous..most of the services like billing,bmtc passes available..small location..it will be better if more staff members are present...situation at the left side basement area of tech park campus..
