This is my first experience in about 15 years. Although the location of this office and its surroundings is less than appealing, the staff at the centre are exceptional. I visited this place with a lot of apprehension but my request to update the mobile number against my Aadhaar was dealt with least amount of fuss. Services such as should be like this where there is no unnecessary fuss or unwanted expectations to do the job that they are appointed for. Keep up the good job

Entrance is dirty with cow dung and cow urine before just at the entrance . The office is poorly maintained and not in a presentable state

Good service ! I went to add biometric to Aadhar.Get down at Ganapati temple bustop if you are using public transport system(Bus number - 64, 100, 92E & 137 )

Me and my frnds booked an appointment for bus pass.. But when we went there, they told us that the server was down.. The same thing happened when we came last year for the pass.. Yesterday we came they told the cards were empty and they sent us away... What is the management doing ? They should know to do their job properly..

Very poor response. They are least bothered about people. I went here for mobile number updation in Adhaar card. They asked to come after 10 days. They work with their own timelines.

Hassle free experience while applying for aadhar card - staff are friendly, prompt and quick. Only down side is approach might be a little difficult if you go by car, I'd suggest taking a two wheeler or a cab

Here to say no facilities for any aadhar updation mobile number change , change of address and other . Only attaining to bill payment bescom and water supply.
