They are a fraud. Scam it is. For an aadhar update of Rs 50 they ask Rs 250. And still it didn't get updated. After calling them and asking for a refund they say slang. They are a fraud and never go there. Never ever ever go there. They did not even say that they will do reupdate. Rather they said very dirty words.

Staff like nandini spoils the name of the enterprise that has built the trust with the citizens who approach the place. Very lathargic behaviour. If she is unwilling to provide the support she should not be working there. She is cussing people who ask for assistance. This is unacceptable. Have some better staffs who are willing to service people. Highly disappointed.

They are scammers. They were charging 450 rupees for aadhaar update, but it costs only 100 rupees as per government rule. Then they will send you to another location to get your Aadhaar updated. Take it seriously!

They are not doing adhaar update...they are sending to some other places which is 3km away ...and they said if you want to go to that place they will book your appointment for which they are charging Rs350.
