Worst service to customers and they take 2 hours for lunch

Worst experience and staff is actually very rude. I don't know how this branch is still running with such rude and disrespectful employees. I hope higher authorities take a look at this. Canara bank as a whole is getting degraded because of employees like these.

Worst behaviour from Employee Mrs Poonam. I had been to Canara Bank Devanahalli branch, Bangalore on 10th of Aug 2021 around 12pm. I wanted to update my mobile number to an existing account so they asked me to fill the form. I filled it & went to submit the form to a girl sitting at counter no. 2 who is addressed as Mrs Poonam. I was waiting quitely around 20 min to submit the form & noticed that Mrs poonam was not actively looking on the people stading in the queue. It was more than 30 min that i observed Mrs poonam was roaming here and there in the office, i believe she might have had some priority work. She came back to the counter finally, i was hoping to submit my form but i observed again she started talking with her colleage beside. I was looking at the poor people standing on the queue who were eagerly waiting for Mrs Poonam to look on their issues, I lost my patience & asked her politely how long will it take to look on us so that atleast we can sit and wait if it's takes much time. She suddenly raised her voice saying that she is not simply sitting there, she is not enjoying & she missbehaved with me very badly which was verymuch disrespect towards the customer. It was so dissapointing to realise just because people are not dared to raise their voice & bearing these employees attitude she belives she has all the rights to raise & disrespect customers and speak unfiltered words. This is not at all accepted as a customer we also expect respect from employee. Every customer is important regardless of anything they belong to. I really want to take a strict action towards this lady who missbehaved with the customer without any reason. I hope these complaints are not just been written here instead someone is really looking into it & taking necessary actions. At last I have a request to Canara Bank Head, firstly please do train your employees properly on how to behave with customer respectfully.

We will not get proper response from the chief manager if we go for any queries she (F.NAJMUZZAMA BEGUM)will make us to wait for long time even if she is free. Very careless people. CRM Very worst leven in devanahalli Branch.

Easily we can find this bank on road side only, one of the oldest Canara bank branch in DEVANAHALLI, going very strongly with highest business in Devanahalli, Good service also, totally fine
