Staffs are very rude... Central govt is busy in promoting sukanya samruddi account , but none of them are ready to take the form. Because nobody is ready to work they only need salary... Even though took the token and waited for half an hour, when my token was called i was sent to the next counter by the lady who was there only to do simple jobs... I spent almost 2 hours to just open an account though i had filled all the form the previous day itself.... Very bad service... Most of the customers were rural senior citizens only but they were treated very badly... Shame on the employees...

As there is no 0 rating that can be given, i had to opt this Very very rude They all want salary without doing work This is not for premium payment or something like this Just to take a form/handover a courier People wait for 2hrs not because there is a que just because the employees are relaxing

Such a rude behaviour of the staff They use very unprofessional and abusive words Just to get a registered post, people have to visit the office for more than 7/8 times Everytime they treat us like slaves Go there go here.. Go to that cabin.. this cabin.. Finally.. come tomorrow Even though they are free , sitting chitchating, they say come tomorrow They just play with us..

A staff namely ShantaKumar was literally very rude. He don't have manners to talk to people specially students or girls. Very disappointed by the service provided there.

Whenever I want to encash my savings amount most of the time the employee says server will be down and other time even if I come before 15 minutes early before the closing time. The concerned employee says it's closing time.. Hope the employees here be considerate in handling some of the requests. They don't know how far we have come to get our hard earned money

One of the worst services received... Staff here are not so skilled it seems... Too much time taken for simple things plus arrogant attitude.. my NSC claim took 2 visits during the slot they give and 2.5-3 hours on 2rd visit, I see many senior citizens standing in queue for hours to get their pension amount.. and no online options... no wonder why BSNL, other PSUs are moving towards privatisation.. Good organization spoiled by their staff (excluding few sincere staffs)..

Dear sir. Kandli village post office madam behavior is worst she is not respond to the public..that madam talking with public very worst and not responsible post office duty fst take the action this madam plz collect the call public opinion after take my request thank u hassan post office

Staff don't bother about people standing in the que. They are busy with their personal work in office. Negetive star
