Hosapete Head Post Office

Wrost Experiance with Hosapete Post office Services, The Postman of Balaju Badawane he is very irresponsible and arogent, our family adhar cards he thrown at someone else house, for our passport he came to deliver after my call and now SBI ATM Card he did't deliver but the stauts shows already delivered on 15th July, when we called Postman he told us that he was given to House maid but the fact is we don't have any house maid, and today when we asked he is telling that he give it to the SBI Branch hosapete, we have checked with SBI Branch they did't received,, again we visited Postoffice they also do't have , very very irresponsible Post Office Staff i ahve ever seen , The Fact is This is Govt. Eployees so this nis Expected, Shame on your Service ...

Extremely inefficient employees! I wanted to send a packet to abroad, the guy just told bring it bla bla. When I took there, he said I need Aadhar card. I asked what else I should get along, he didn't said nothing. When o went with my 10 kgs packet again with aadhar card, he said he needs it 3 photocopies. I asked why the heck you didn't you said before. There are no photocopy stores around or they don't do it at post office also he said we close the postal service in 1 hrs or so. Extremely careless and ignorant employees. There is not much information on their site either! No wonder how so many people suffer from their services. No lt giving accurate information, not providing usual services. It's sooooo annoying! Post office employees are careless, ignorants and lives in Stone Age.

Lazy employees, takes many days to dispatch parcels. My parcel is sitting here for so long.

Worst experience with worst attitude and work ethics from certain staff. No responsibility no accountability, one has to run behind them for months to make them look into files and make progress. They just living upto the reputation of govt services.

I wasn't available to collect my adhaar and told postman that I'll come to office when your available and collect it. Literally this was his reply I correctly cannot say when I'll be available in office. Come and wait near office and if I won't come don't come back complaining later and if you doesn't collect ontime I'll tare off this Adhaar.... (Doesn't reply when connected on phone else don't pic cal at all) Worst post service

Worst staff with 3rd class attitude. I pray that govt. close all these & let private firms handle them. So much lazy staff not even ready to help.

Bad service, bank people said that always server down,come tomorrow.
