Official opening time is 9:30 AM, but it won't open till 9:45AM. If you take an online appointment, then you can skip the outside queue. Scan at the QR code in my photo to book appointment. Show online appointment details to the security guard, and he will let you in. Once inside, there is another queue for "Verifiers". They will check for the supporting documents. Once checked, they'll fill a form and give it to you with token number written on it. Then you go to next counter to pay cash. Then, you wait for your numbers to be called out.There is no token display system, so carefully listen to the numbers being called out, as sometimes it's not audible because of noise by people. There is a toilet inside, but they're not allowing people to use it.

Best experience and fast service but kindly cooperate with staffs don't argue with them just follow they instructions

Best service but kindly co operate with the staffs and keep clean the area of the office. Becz other then aadhar service the Aadhar seva kendra is doing the best service in other center they are waiting for 10days and one day 20 tokens only but here they are doing more then 400 every day and maintening the all residents so in rush time u have to coperate with them and do ur work soon.

Staff is rude behaviar with peoples...., am not understand it is government under or privete section... Beacouse in all staff have there own rule...., rude behave with people...., not give information... , when village people asking... Some information staff not answering...., after 3 monts its not change system i complent to central UIDI OFFICE... PLZ IMPROVE.... FRIENDLY OTMOSPERE... IN THIS PLACE...., 1 year before in there me adar mobile number change.. request fees take 150 But in bill 50 what is this system i ask manager he... Rude argue with me.... , plz government take improvement this place otherwise all people's go dharwad enrolment centre it is good... , not worry about bus charge self respect is important, Because of these careless employees, civilians has to suffer.. Can't even fill correct spelling looking at document, how uneducated. Better uh don't prefer this centre for correction.. Employees not working properly so many times spelling mistakes manager not giving respect to customer please change this to agency

We have to wait for hours. No proper information given by staff. Only few of the staff reply politely to your queries, others don't know anything other than shouting in a loud voice

Very good staff's & good service here & also manager lohit sir was very friendly & good man

The ASK has been the worst experience for us. No place to sit, No display for numbers announced and the Inverter Batteries are kept open which risks children. Pls be cautious. The staff is Pathetic.
