The office is under poor maintenance because of waste materials being dumped inside, which is restricting the seating capacity to a minimum & emitting unpleasant odour. Though staffs are providing better service.

The staff is not polite and they always talk in urdhu. They don't tell proper information.

The staff behaviour with citizens not good.... simply they will say busy and wait for 10 min but they are on calls always and helping people who knows them...it's irritating and she doesn't know how to print a copy.

Too bad they don't no how to operate the token system. They issue the token after that first come first service then what is the use to issue the token at 8AM standing in a q for token sine 7AM to 8:30AM.

Good place to Have your administration work done

They are worst and the way they treat people is pathetic.
