Akshaya-e-Center

Very bad experience with this Akshaya center. Doesn't know the basic etiquette . utter worse ... Tried to take a license print out and the kind of excuses I heard was pathetic and it took two hours waiting there hearing their lame reasons. Later I took my license from a nearby DTP center in 5 min. Not even worth a single star

The first few days when this akshaya was started was great. After that the customer service was very poor. Especially the new young staffs. The don't actually care what they are doing..They just do the things just to finish. Actually very time consuming!!!!

Basic etiquette in communication is essential for the staff. Cook up Fake Excuses and poor services. Due to a bad experience, I went right to the other Akshaya nearby. And they have done it without any delay.

Very poor customer service. They don't know what they are doing instead of helping us they just came and just finishing their job.they only want money didn't care about customers

Poor customer service. They says system is down if there is rush to avoid the people. But if you open the system in your mobile you can see it's working fine.
