Akshaya Centre Changanacherry

I'm not willing to star this Akshaya center because we had a bad experience ever had. The staff is not a qualified person to help others. We went there to apply for a certificate but she didn't know how to apply she asked us each and every steps of the application process. ( smyN kllyaa aaruN angngootttt pooknntt )

Not even qualified for this one star.such a bad experience from this office. Waited there for 1 hour for taking adhaar for my daughter and left without any result. Such unskilled lady sitting there. Very bad attitude not even ready to help. Suggest such akshya's should be shutdowned.

Had a very Bad Experience, the staff at this center are not able to help. I had been there to update my Adhaar also apply for the PVC card. I had a Doubt regarding the Documents to be submitted and had enquired to the staff sitting there, but the TWO LAZY LADIES sitting to the extreme left was not able to help also they are not aware of the documents to be submitted, while hiring such staff the people who reach there will suffer due to their inability and Lack of knowledge. In future I will not go to this particular Akshaya center, also I personally recommend nobody should go there.

5 stars for the SME knowledge of the senior staff who guided to complete update of Aadhar for 2 adults and enrollment of Aadhar for 2 kids. The centre is one first floor and so it is tough for senior citizens to climb the stairs. Approach road is very small and doesnt allow a 4 wheeler to enter and so people should plan accordingly.

Very bad experience..for infant who cannot sit yet there should be provision to take photo by moving the camera...these people say it is fixed camera and laptop and dont want to move it to help take proper picture..and should be efficient enough to click quickly when the child looks up but they are very slow and were not interested from the beginning to help capture the pic properly...need more efficient and helpful employees

Very bad experience , Zero knowledge and no communication properly. I was renewed my adhar but my address in malayalam is entirely different and they are well good in arguing .

The Management of Akshaya Center in Revenue Tower is extremely arrogant and dictating things as if we customers are coming for begging. There Are good Akshaya centers in Changanacherry where they really do have good hospitality and welcoming behavior. Here in Revenue Tower branch in Changanacherry , the staff all are good and are willing to serve the customers, But Management is coming as Bottle Neck for each and everything and making loopholes and excuses where they can spend less time and make more money. They even don't have any concern for senior citizens. They are focused on easy money. I believe government has initiated these Centers to help to common and elderly.
