I went for an EC there is no proper system available to manage a que, they are least concerned about how they treat the customer. This Akshaya used to be a better serving place around 3 or 4 years before all the quality staff have left the place.

Extremely Disappointing Service My experience with this Aadhar update center has been incredibly frustrating. I've visited four times and wasted precious hours each visit. The morning session only caters to the first 20 people, and after evening from 5 pm. To avoid repeated visits, ensure you write your name on the register and clarify the required documents thoroughly. The customer service is appalling. Despite being called in order, the process seems expedited for VIPs, leaving regular folks waiting longer. Senior citizens shouldn't have to spend hours waiting for a basic service. Save yourself the frustration and explore other centers genuinely committed to public welfare. This place falls short on its promise and is a letdown for those seeking efficient and respectful service.

We went to submit SSC application and UDID but those staff doesn't know how to do SSC properly. At the beginning they were murmuring something and one lady started doing it. But suddenly she became soo rude by asking if we tried doing this at home? You dont know anything and then try doing by yourselves at home and make it a trash. Looks like she knows it very well. After that she said it is not possible. Then second lady tried a little bit but no use. We wasted 2 hours there. First lady was screaming like i have done everything wrong. So at last they couldn't make it so we returned. After reaching i tried it myself and i completed it. 1) Rude behavior if they find any trouble doing it. 2) Lack of knowledge 3) They take lots of time. We need to wait for hours to complete the job. 4) There is no option to see the screen. If we could see then we could help them to complete faster.

Good service provided to the customers.

Attitude will get you nowhere in life my fellow Indian. Answering questions with empathy is the right way to go.
