I went there to update my Aadhar demographic information. Though the center was quite crowded and the wait was long, the staff were very friendly and cooperative, which really made a difference. They handled everything professionally and made sure the process was smooth despite the rush. I appreciate their patience and support.

They are excellent, patient, friendly and know their job; and they help you quickly and systematically! And in the dead heat of summer (this I remember quite vividly), unlike most other offices, they had that blessed AC running well; my heartfelt thanks for that! Worst experience.. Staff who attended didnot know difference between sslc book and CBSE board mark list.. Head of the centre used his discretional powers very well and misguided me.went for my child's adhaar change for two days. On each day, he wanted a different document for the same problem.. When i corrected one document, he said another one. No proper guidance or orders. No proper instructions for a common man. It would be better if authorities paste necessary documents required for every purpose. A phone number was pasted outside which was not working... It is better to remove seva from the name board... So sor

Don't normally see this level of service in government offices - very polite and courteous! Very systematic and no chaos even though they are handling a lot of cases. Very knowledgeable staff as well.
