Very professional and reliable service. Even through there is rush, the staff is very prompt and straight to point. The service they provide taking effort and time even though most times government portals have loading issues online is remarkable and commendable. They provide solutions to most documentation issues and help the elderly and people with disabilities preference which is commendable I recommend to get there early as it's packed most days

It was a very good, quick tesponse and as the net facility was available fast my needs were done quickly. Hatsoff to the akshaya center workers.

I came at 9 15 am to update my adhar card & pan card it's 9 50 and they haven't even started processing me, keep in mind that there's only like two three customers here. Very slow . They are saying it will take time to start up everything. Very bad

Went to change our mobile numbers linked to our Aadhaar - filled our forms, was called immediately to the appropriate booth for biometrics and that's it! Efficient service done professionally!

They make customers wait unnecessarily even for a status updation No concern for customers Giving wrong information ...which cost me 4000 Rs today for passport renewal...only few doccuments wer mentioned to me by the staff at akshaya ....on reaching the centre other doccuments required and the passport was not processed Pls educate them

Ms. Keerthy provided exceptional service and rigorous follow up for all the applications submitted and ensured hassle free process. Also, the team was very courteous, especially in supporting elderly and aged people visiting the center. Keep up the good work team!
