Akshaya Centre

Unfortunately, I recently visited akshaya center at keetholi junction,my experience was disappointing with staff seemed unhelpful and uninterested in assisting me and other persons etc. However, the akshaya center(keetholi)failed to meet my expectations.

One of the worst places I've been to. Most junior staff lack training and don't know how to go about the technicality of applications. Because of untrained staff, customers have to wait for a longer time to get to the experienced staff. And worse of all, a minimum amount of respect is not given to customers. Their attitude is like take it or leave it. I've been to government offices and I feel the staff are angels!

Very congested place. This center is located in 1st floor.No proper ventilation, fans available. Only the lady who is sitting in first counter has some manners and well behave. All other staffs need proper training. Especially a young lady who is there for child aadhar updation is very rude, irresponsible, don't know how to behave with customers even with small kids. I went there for take my one and half year old babies aadhar. As a small baby at first he was not ready to take the photo and start crying. So she rudely said her time is wasting. How can someone behave like this to a baby. For each and every work they delay the time. Its better to search for any other center. Not recommended

Worst experience I have ever experienced from an akshaya centre...They are very careless...I'm from Thrissur but they put 1st option for neet exam centre in Thiruvananthapuram..and yet they complained us for not checking properly...it's clearly their mistake.I have to spend my money on train ticket and expenses...realty worst experience ever

Good service and good staffs.....does almost every online service without much delays.....only negative that I faced is that had to call few times to enquire about our queries via phones and also there were times they even didn't attended the call......so had to reach there directly for the queries......once you reach there they address the customers in a decent manner.

I have been approaching Akshay Kendra in TKS Puram, Kodungallur for many services (like caste certificate, income certificate, Aadhar card etc) for quite a few years now. And all the time, they have amazed me with the customer care they have shown, compared to other govt. run offices. And I have noted the incharge person (don't know his name) for many years and I feel he is exhibiting a good leadership among the employees there. They are patient to hear our issues, give necessary orders, give straightforward answers, and tell us the time frame in which things might get done.. ofcourse a few might have had bad experiences with them, but this is my experience..

Aadhaar service little buisy but good service, i was worried about the last date today, but they told there is no last date for Permanent enrollment centres like Akshaya, Bank and post office.

The Akshaya centre was a little bit spacious comparing to other akshaya centres.The staff present there helped me without any delay and satisfied my needs.This Akshaya centre also takes care of the aadhar needs.We can come here to update our aadhar or enroll a new aadhar.There are so many staffs for our needs.Overall I am pretty much satisfied...
