Very poor Akshaya Center. Employees who are reluctant to work and have attitude and behavior like giving work for free. It is sad to say that the behavior towards the customers is poor. There are many incidents of accepting the customer's request and not entering the official port and taking the money and keeping the documents in the corner... Try not to let anyone go for something very urgent. If you go, make sure that they have submitted the documents we have given to the respective sites and try not to go back without getting the application number......I doubt whether they have received special training on how to harm customers......

Very badly behaved staff and management. Employees have no responsibility for the work, the organization and the customer. Those who need it should try not to go to the NGO Quarters Akshaya Center for the most essential things.

This place is so badly managed. The adhaar card facilitating person is always on leave. People go there because of no alternative. They keep telling the customer to come back after 3pm everytime and then they tell the person is not come. Don't they know their staff is present or absent!? Please do not visit this place. Total waste of time. I hope they close shop for good to spare us the trouble of visiting them. No value for customers time and effort in visiting them.

Very bad experience with Akshaya center NGO quarters. Had to visit more than five time to update details in Aadhaar card. Unprofessional service. Try other centers if option is available. Will avoid visiting this place.

Pathetic service. Unprofessional staff. There is huge delay/wait time for each service. I have been waiting for 2 hours till now and no one even calling me. Even it is now crowed now. If you plan to come here, take half day leave

Worst akshaya possible in the whole calicut city. Very ignorant employees. They tell everybody to just sit and wait for hours.

Extremely pathetic servicing. Avoid coming here if possible. These people are very slow and keep making you wait for hours and hours even for the simplest of things.

It's a place where u can do some of the government documents and other services . It's staff are very helpful and friendly. But service take too much time and not proper .
