Parcel / Speed Post service was good. Packaging section guys helped me to wrap the package. Charges were also reasonable. Token system must be improved.

Very bad experience. Parcel received at headpostoffice but no calls or attempts. Even after two days it is showing not located. Tried to contact the office, but nobody pick up the phone. Very very poor experience.shame on you...

I had to withdraw a FD which was in my son's name. It was over due for more than 5 years. It had some complications with respect to difference in his name. The officer whom I contacted gave me the correct details regarding the required documents. Since I am not a local resident and I live in a different district, they considered my request with high priority. I arrived at the Head Post Office all the way from my home town. By producing the correct documents, they helped me with the procedures with in half an hour! They indeed valued my travel distance and time and did the needful sincerely. I really appreciate their quick and sincere work!

The head post office is situated on a busy stretch of the road, a little ahead of the Sultanpet Junction. Easy accessibility, but parking, if you come on your vehicle, is bit of a problem. Fairly good service but at times the post office is quite crowded and this will entail long wait for your turn at various service counters.

My parcel through speed post sent by the sender on 29.0.52024 not received till 01.06.2024 10.30 am. I AM TRYING TO CONTACT PALAKKAD HEAD POST OFFICE PHONE NUMBER FOR TWO DAYS FROM 31.05.2024. RINGING BUT NOT ATTENDING. CONTACT PHONE OF A DISTRICT HEAD POST KEPT UNATTENDED. RUBBISH

Services are best. Nice facility. Philately enthusiasts can make use of this place.

Well organised, time waiting more in peak hours... Please note speed post, registered post etc can now be done at RMS OLAVAKKOD 24x7 new service started...... Its working round the clock...earlier it was around 9:30pm, now its 24hours...
