Shajahan sir and other staffs are very helpful. Professional behaviour. Good service

Terribly run, no proper process and cause unnecessary wait time. Visited 4-5 times still couldn't get the work done. The employees are rude and of no help.

Staff just don't want to do work, chilling out and giving silly excuses. Like Tab not working or come after 2 hrs

Good and excellent services. Coperative and friendly staffs. Located in prime centre of pathanamthitta,near Gandhi statue above orange textile shop.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Akshaya Center. The staff are inexperienced and unprofessional. Even Shajahan Sir didn't seem to care about the issues. I overheard him telling one of the staff members, "If the process is not possible, then don't do it," as if there were no alternatives available. This level of apathy and lack of support is unacceptable. I expected much better service and will not be returning.

Totally unprofessional staff with no respect for the basic ethos of punctuality. The CRM is so poor that the staff would leave in between the process with customer seated. They don't even have a basic courtesy to tell the customers that they are leaving for lunch. Pathetic and needs much improvement.

The staff are polite and friendly which is very rare in Akshaya Centres. I would have given 5 stars if there were space for parking and the building was good. It is situated in the middle of PTA town (Near Gandhi Statue) so coming here by car is not an option. Either come by bike or by walk.
