Akshaya Centre | Podiyadi

The staff behaviour is very bad. I went to enquire for an aadhaar enrolment for my 4 year old son who is an OCI holder and the staff simply said that I have never done this process so please go to another Akshaya rather than atleast enquiring and helping for the process.

This Akshaya Centre is one of the best. Super helpful and the staff answered all of my questions. We were in and out of there and everything was resolved.

Nice, morning time little bit rush but noon time is okay and evening again getting rush. They have all kind off solution for documents correction and application. Mr. BIJU is nice person

Helpful staff. Crowded. Limited seating. First floor, only stairs and no lift. Limited parking. Outside seating was not hot due to constant wind from outside.

Worst place.. Firstly that place itself not clean.. The man with specs over there, demands money by seeing people's face.. They do not follow any govt approved prices/rates.. This cunning fellow charges Rs.30 for just 4 pages of Print out.. That man speaks in a rude manner.. Better to go to some other akshaya centre, if we need some respect..

This is a very efficient centre. It provides a number of services like Aadhar card enrolment, correction, updation, and many other State and Central government facilitations. Easy approach, situated on 1st floor on the left side of Podiyadi-Edathua road just about 200feet from the Podiyadi junction. Not much rush as in Thiruvalla town.

This incident happened 4 yrs back when I went to this akshaya centre for my psc registration. They made me wait which often happens in all the govt. centres as usual, but what made me write up this matter is, they did half of the work and told me their printer isn't working!!! Also their way of talking is not at all good. Because of this experience I didn't go there for past few yrs. And today I went to same centre, at 3 Pm which is a wrkng hr. So I told a wrkng woman that I came for my psc regstrtn. She quickly said if you wanted it to be done, you should come during morning. I politely asked her if she could scan my photo and certificates for this process. She asked "How many?". I told its just 3, to which she kept mute!!! I had to talk this woman since she works at a govt. run centre and is there to help the public. So I told her it is better to go to any cafe, where I can rely someone there. You cant trust them and their reforms. 1 of my frnd told me that she too had almost same experience from this centre, but still she goes there. Never I'm getting to this excruciating place ever.

Had a good experiance and was able to update the adhar information with minimal waiting time compared to other akshaya office near by...
