Good service provided by Thiruvalla head post office young people with clear and smiling approach

If you're someone who has never been here, you need to figure out which counter to approach for your needs. Some of the staff there wouldn't even open their mouth. I've asked one of the staff at the counter, which counter is the one that takes speed post, the staff was pointing towards some random direction, and I was like staring at the wall for a second or two. The woman dressed in post woman uniform was very kind enough to help and clear my doubts there.

I am unable to understand why counter for speed post or registered post is closed after 3 pm.

Awesome place. Lot of staffs to attend and no rush. Places to rest are available and packing is possible. Garden in front which gives a refreshing feel

It has been functioning out of the same old building for several decades at least. It used to be a god building, but is slightly run down now. There are lots of counters in the building, but not all of them will be working at the same time. It's easy to find parking and there's plenty of place to easily enter and ext in a car. The service is as good as can be expected from a government institution. You can go there and get things done provided you have infinite patience. It is located on the roadside and it's quite easy to locate. Will I recommend people to go there? If there is no other way, yes.

Not many amenities inside the Post office, much facilities required for customer service, staff are some what customer friendly.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Six counters with two people available. To send a speed post I had to got 5-6 times with only one reason of mine. Visited multiple post office's, one place rush, waited for 15 mins, queue not moving, second post office, computer not working, third post office no power. After BSNL this Depatment is going to get shutdown. Jaho grahak jaho!!! Edit: Finally the person came, he was so polite and was apologetic which is the best way in your customer management. He was so happy to help me and was explaining the reason for the delay. And the climax just shocked me, he just said "sorry for any delay" and I was faltered. Such employees are the core strength of any business. I missed to ask his name.

I have visited so many international courier/parcel service in thiruvalla to send a parcel to Bahrain, unfortunately i had very bad experience all there, because there rates are too hight and feels like unprofessional, Last i had a call to marketing executive of Indian post office thiruvalla , he guide me to thiruvalla head office, i send my parcel via Indian post office us speed post at a affordable price that is 3x lesser that other services. Staffs and process was very very professional and friendly, All the process takes around 10-15 mins only Thank you so much
