Akshaya E Center

Review for Akshaya e-Centre I visited this Akshaya e-Centre recently for a few services, and the experience was extremely disappointing. There is no proper queue management or token system in place. People are left to crowd around the counters, leading to confusion and frustration. First, they make us wait for a long time, and when our turn finally comes, they casually redirect us to another counter without any clear instructions. Even though the staff see people struggling, they don't bother to guide them to the correct counter. I noticed several elderly people standing for a long time, unsure of where to go--completely unacceptable. A proper queue management system is essential to avoid this chaos. Also, instead of making people run between counters, all staff should be trained to handle multiple services efficiently. This would save time and make the process smoother for everyone. Overall, the customer service here is pathetic. Urgent improvements are needed to make the experience more organized and user-friendly. Not even worth a star!

Disappointing experience at Akshaya center. Staff were unprofessional, rude and arrogant. They were are dismissive and used a condescending tone. I hope the authorities take note and ensure better training. Doesn't even deserve one star.

I would definitely give a 5 star rating, The staff were totally helpful and they make sure your job gets done within no time... I was a bit reluctant to go as the center was upstairs and I couldn't find anyone on the way.. But once you reach the place, the staff are cooperative and helpful...

The Worst Akshaya Centre I ever seen,manipulating people for money which comes with the forms of it is not downloaded from there

Very bad experience, don't even want to give 1 star. If you go here in the morning, there is a lot of waiting, very comfortably , the staff calls each and every person. When I went in the afternoon, people are waiting outside and the staff was sleeping on the table inside, and 1-2 staff were having lunch more then 1 hour.

The staff are illiterate and irresponsible, taking an excessive amount of time to complete their work. I wouldn't even give them one star.

Very crowdy place. Always big queue can be observed, despite a couple of people are seen attending the customers. Speed of services should be improved to expedite the visiting customers.

Bit crowded in the prime hours, for aadhar services need to take prior appointments for next day, other services are available at minimal price,
