Akshaya E Centre AYYANTHOLE

I had an absolutely fabulous experience at Akshaya e-Center at Ayyanthole, Thrissur. The process was incredibly streamlined, making every step smooth and hassle-free. Above all, what truly stood out was the attitude and collaborative interaction of the person in charge. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist with even the smallest queries were remarkable. It's rare to find such a combination of efficiency and warmth in service. Having more such approachable, efficient, and collaborative attitudes in public offices could truly transform the experience for citizens. It sets a benchmark for what public services should feel like--seamless, respectful, and solution-driven. I highly recommend this Akshaya e-Center for anyone looking for reliable and top-notch support!

We had to get our aadhaar cards done and had difficulties at other centers previously, but had an exceptionally seamless and friendly experience here. Jayan sir specifically took the time to explain the process, what went wrong last time, personally getting us all the additional help we would need and making sure every step was done A-Z. From what I saw, this center provides this experience to everyone who comes in as much as possible and that's extremely rare and appreciated. Thank you for making our lives easier!

I had a very good experience at this Akshaya centre today. I reached there t around 11 am alongwith an elderly relative ,difficult to walk , for getting biometrics taken for Aadhaar updation.. The owner himself was there to extend help including providing wheel chair facilities and offering speedy service to the senior citizen and aged persons.. The staff was extremely polite and extended services quickly.. I recommend this Akshaya centre to one and all, especially the elderly and physically handicapped.

I had a terrible experience at the Akshaya Center in Ayanthole , mainly due to a staff member. He is extremely rude, arrogant, and unhelpful when people ask for clarifications. I had been trying to update my son's Aadhaar card there since October 2024, but every time, it got rejected. No proper guidance or support was provided. Finally, I got fed up and went to another Akshaya Center , Thrissur, and within just 10 days, my son's Aadhaar card was successfully updated. This proves that the issue was not with the process but with how it was handled at Ayanthal. To make matters worse, staff forces people to write positive reviews in front of him before their work is even completed. Unfortunately, I was also pressured into posting a good review earlier, and I deeply regret it. I feel ashamed that I did so under his influence. Reviews should be honest, based on real experiences, not forced. I would not recommend this center to anyone. Very disappointing and unprofessional service!

The centre opened at 10.00 am today, and I waited a further 1 hour for my token (no. 5) to be serviced. However the service was quite good and professional. Also my wait time was a positive experience as I witnessed many elderly and semi-literate people being helped by the owner and staff

Recently visited AYANTHOLE AKSHAYA E CENTER for my aadhar updation. Mr Jayan was very welcoming and helpfull spite of heavy rush . They made sure everyone who came there received their services. I have been to various center staffs wont even bother to our queries. But in ayyanthol it was very pleasant experience, they have a very calming ambiance and a well maintained center Kuddos to Mr Jayan and team for a good service Thank you
