takes years to come your turn staff is terrible and asking more than standard charges by themselves. hope doctor is not aware of this. charging 500 more than standard rates giving priority to their friends and benefactors. sincere advice to honourable doctor plz change ground staff.

Very very bad experience The staff are very inconvenient and have no common sense to talk to.Test charges are very high We were referred by our doctor to Aadhaar Diagnostic Center for sonography. We went there and registered at the reception. Asked the receptionist when the number will come the receptionist said it will take all day we can't tell you when your number will come, ha. We spoke to them, we have come from a long way from Pune, just tell us how much time it will take. The staff there does not even have the sense to talk to the patient. I would like to tell doctors that they should educate their staff beforehand on how to deal with patients. Sonography charges of this center are much higher than outside centers. Sonography told me 2500. I asked outside center and told 1500. Why is there a difference of 1000 rupees when the patient goes there because his doctor sent him and behaves in this way. Service is very poor. Doctor is very good but staff behavior is very bad. They first give preference to regular patient. I face the very bad experience here. I had literally argument with the receptionist to go for sonography. I already had so much pain that time. My doctor give the reference to arohi sonography center but I approached to adhar. I reached that placed at 9 Am for appointment. I got 3 Rd number. When doctor is came he started sonography. Reciepnist send 6-7 people before me. When I realized that she is not sending me.
