alot of people are saying no walk in allowed, but well there is walk in allowed, although it's alot time consuming so you should make appointment online. here's the whole process once you go inside, 1. you go to the token desk, submit them your appointment form and your original adhar, they will take a look and give you a token. 2. you go and take a seat, there's a big screen there which will show your token id and desk number where you need to go. 3. once the screen shows your token number your adhar details will be verified at the verfiying desk, there are 4 verifiying desk. you'll be called to one of the 4 desk where your adhar details will be verified. 3. after verification you should wait again and look at the screen for your token number to be called again, it will be called to a C desk now 4. there are total 8[C] desk you'll be called to any one of them based on your token number on screen. 5. on this desk they will do the actual job of updating or making your new adhar. It's simple and easy to navigate, the staff is helpful and not arrogant. make sure you carry your orignal adhar and other orignal documents, get an appointment online and print the appointment form they show after you book the appointment. it gets crowded so be prepared to spend atleast 2 hours there. you can be a little late from your appointment time it's totally fine, you'll still be treated nicely.

I recently visited the UIDAI centre for updating my son's Aadhaar biometrics and had a fantastic experience! The online appointment system was seamless, and the process was efficient. The centre was well organised, with clear booths for each stage. The staff were helpful and courteous. Highly recommend using their online appointment system for a hassle-free experience!
Had to update my address on Aadhar card, very nice people and quick process. Workers here patiently answered everyone's questions and had a systematic steps. This was the third Aadhar card centre I tried my luck at after going to two others and both weren't open. Third time was the charm! Highly recommend. If you have all your documents it will be a very smooth process.
Very well organised. Polite staff. Took me just 30 mins, without prior appointment. Should do something about parking at reasonable charges ,around 50 p hr. Access to counters C1 & 2 - the ramp is too steep ,esp for heavy &. Sr. Citizens . Replace with short steps. Time expected to receive the card is too long. Should not exceed 2-3 weeks. Passports come within a week
Went there to make aadhar first time as an NRI. The process of address validation is way too complicated. Went to 3 different counters and multiple times to manager queue to get signatures on different things. Finally system defect barred me from getting my aadhar. Pro tip: if you're NRI, just fake your name on a local address proof instead of trying to make addhar with your foreign address. Workflow designed for this is way to complicated and time consuming. Staff is good and is helpful. They are constantly trying to help folks and move the queue. Special shout of to the manager who helps everyone quickly and with a smile.
Whether you visit with an appointment or walk in directly, the experience remains equally disappointing. The management is utterly inefficient, and the staff lacks basic courtesy and professionalism. I initially believed that scheduling an appointment would streamline the process, but that was nothing more than an illusion. The service was just as frustrating and disorganized. Expecting efficiency or decent service from a government office is, unfortunately, a mistake. If there were an option to give a negative-star rating, I wouldn't hesitate.
